I will not shop in Bunnings. Why would you when you can shop at Mitre 10 - better service, quick, easy not wandering around looking for a sales person to help find something. Everything is associated with my phone number and I get bonuses with money off my orders almost every time I shop.

Nice people/staff. They can direct you, walk with you & help you. I bought a hose: expensive, made in China as all our products. I use it everyday but you need to renew it every couple of years.

Last Saturday I called in to buy some screws which needed to be a specific size and needed to have a little bit cut off, A very small purchase but Morris was happy to this for me, for which I was most grateful. This kind of excellent service is why I don't go to Bunnings.

I bought by mistake and item bigger than what I thought, I opened it, so there was no obligation from Mitre10 Bondi to refund me. Yet they did it, which gave me the peace of mind to keep shopping online and in store.
